Standard delivery times after your order ships (business days):

• Ontario & Quebec: 2–4 business days
• British Columbia, Prairies, Atlantic: 3–5 business days
• Northern & remote regions (YT, NT, NU): 5–7 business days

Delivery Area

We ship to every province and territory in Canada. Some sellers may offer international shipping where indicated on the listing. P.O. boxes and rural route addresses are served via Canada Post.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, check the carrier tracking link first. If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, contact uswith your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
